Happy birthday to Davido a.k.a Omo Baba Olowo as he clocks 21

Davido added another year yesterday 21^st of November, and the superstar decided to give back to society to celebrate the milestone. The singer who is gearing up for the release of a new single started his day by dropping by Ikeja Government Primary School where he presented the pupils with stationery and electronics to aid learning.

 Afterwards he visited the Heart of Gold Children's Hospice & the Heritage Homes Orphanage and showered the residents with gift items. See more pics after the cut.

We have all heard of nicotine gum, nicotine patches and smokers 24/7 helpline but Etta Mae Lopez decided to use none of those in order to kick her bad habit of smoking tobacco. Instead, she decided to do something outrageous that was outside of the law and ultimately landed her straight in jail.
Mrs. Lopez sat for hours in front of Sacramento County Jail contemplating her weird plan. As it turned out Mrs. Lopez surprisingly blocked the path of a police officer who had just finished his shift and was leaving the building. She then purposely slapped the cop in the face. After getting arrested Lopez explained that she wanted to be imprisoned just to quit smoking.
Now Mrs. Lopez will serve a 63-day sentence complemented by a 3 year probation in which she would have plenty of time to kick out the unhealthy habit.

Album Review: Olamide - Baddest Guy Ever Liveth

Olamide dropped the much awaited album titled "Baddest Guy Ever Liveth" with 21 tracks.

The first time I saw it was going to be 21 tracks, my expectation level just dropped and I am here thinking 'no artiste can make 21 great tracks on one album.' In fact my theory is "the higher the number of tracks, the higher the number of junk"….My theory holds but that depends on what your expectation of the album was.

Olamide is a skillful rapper no doubt, if you have any doubts, this album would erase that. He raps in English Yoruba, Pidgin and even delivers "Ijebu" rhymes which I thought was down right skillful.
Anyways, enough with my personal rant, let's go on to review the tracks.

Sule Lamido’s Sons Arrested Over Alleged N10b Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested two sons of Jigawa state governor, Sule Lamido, over an alleged N10billion fraud.

Aminu and Mustapha  Lamido were arrested Thursday in Kano and flown to Abuja on Friday morning, and are currently being interrogated at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja by a crack team of detectives.
